We are looking for a General Manager to take control of the venue.
Duties include all aspects of the general running of the venue day to day and throughout opening hours.
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years experience as a GM in a large nightclub and with a proven track record of increasing sales and turnover. You will be enthusiastic and passionate about your work as the hours are obviously long and unsociable.
Salary is Negotiable with an excellent bonus package.

We are looking for someone to join our promotional team.
Duties include handing out flyers and doing general promotional work. You must be outgoing, fun and friendly and very outgoing. (This is not for shy people)
Hours are typically 8:30pm - 1am Tuesday, Friday and Saturday.

We are looking for a Marketing person to take control of all Marketing for Karisma Nightclub.
This will involve working closely with a marketing agency/graphic designers and you will report to the Directors.
You should be a creative thinker
and be able to manage your own time and work off your own initiative
You will be over 20 years of age with a proven track record in marketing/promotions within the nightclub industry.
You must have a full drivers licence and your own transport.
